Bootcamp

Our Bootcamp Class is a moderate- high impact workout which gives participants the chance to improve body condition and total fitness levels. The class incorporates cv, plyometric and bodyweight strength training for maximum results. The format for our bootcamp class may change week to week, so your workout will never get old! Prevent fitness plateaus with our bootcamp class.
