Power Stations Circuit

This hours class targets your entire body, with stations hitting all major muscle groups. Circuit training is an excellent way to improve your general fitness level, and can be adapted to all abilities from beginner to advanced! Perform exercises with a variety of equipment using resistance bands, skipping ropes, boxing bags, dumbbells and steps to take your fitness to the next level.

Power Stations is on every Wednesday 6-7pm with Georgia in our aerobics hall.
